According to Dr. John Mulhall it helps with lavitra and viagra to take it on an empty stomach. Food doesn't affect cialis. He suggest men take it after lunch but before dinner so as to get it in you system without any food in your stomach and then you can have after dinner sex for desert. That is too long of a wait for me. So far the only real success I've had is if I stay on low dose cialis for at least four days to get a good buildup and then boost it with a lavitra.
Ispark: 100mg is the maximum FDA approved dose of viagra. 50mg is a half dose.
I'm trying to have successful sex without the cialis build up. I"m thinking about
trying it after say 20-30 minutes of taking the pill on an empty stomach. I've found just your general well being affects ED. If you tired and worn out, forget trying. I've had some success with out a shot of lavitra in the early AM hours. I can get it up with just the cialis buildup first thing in the morning, but that doesn't fit my schedule well. BTW: Mulhall has some utube videos you can look up. He is an expert on ED.
Oh yes, We do incorporate stimulation. My wife is a expert at that.
I'm real sorry for those of you that get just a little or no reaction at all to a PDE5 inhibitor. I know it must be very frustrating to have to live with ED. I'm doing well with trimix but will drop it if I can get back to some degree of normalcy with just a pill but I"m not close to that at this time. I do get a reaction but I'm real border line on having sex. I have a hard time coming sometimes because I worry about
keeping the wood hard. This is especially true if I'm lying down.
IT sucks getting old
