Hubby's 1st Post-op PSA was
.002!!!!!
Both of us were nervous as hell, but his uro is so nice - was about the first words out of his mouth!
He also said hubby was "way ahead of the game", with his approx. 50% erections, and minimal leakage. 
He said he could go ahead and try a pump, anything which gets blood in there is great, but he doesn't anticipate him having any problems. He also told him he could up the Cialis a bit, for special times.
Hubby goes back in 3, 6, 9, and in 12 months, as "he's not completely out of the woods yet."
