Tri Mix 1st injection

I injected 8ml of trimix. My erection was 70% when I was standing. When I laid down, I got soft and could not perform. I had the same results with 40mcl of Edex. Frustrated. Where do I go from here???

For my penile rehab., my doc prescribes bimix starting with 10 ml and slowly increasing by 5 ml with each one (twice a week) until satisfactory erection is achieved. Cautioned, should maintain for less than an hour and not exceed 50 ml.

Again, check with your urologist or the compounding pharmacy that provided the trimix. They should provide instructions regarding frequency and dosage of the injections if the 8 ml isn't working well.

Mustang: For many of us, laying on our backs like the good old days does not work anymore. I had the same problem when I used Bimix. Even now (and I no longer need injections) kneeling or standing produces much better results. At 23 months post surgery, I can finally get 100% on my back but I do need Cialis for that. While standing or kneeling, I can get 100% without any meds. I believe that this has to do with gravity and blood flow. Don't feel bad for achieving a 70% at first try. We all have to SLOWLY dial in the correct dosage and even those results may vary by simply changing the side of the injection. Finally, don't get discourgaged...I takes most of us over a year for the ED issues resulting from surgery to resolve. Good luck.
