Hey Doug, welcome back. Glad things have worked out well so far.
You sound like me last year at this time. I had surgery planned for July, I watched my diet, worked out and lost 15 lbs before surgery. The week after surgery, I lost another 10 lbs.
Prepare like you are getting in a heavy weight fight, because you are.
Great job with the Kegels and pelvic floor rehab, wished I had done that.
Good luck in th coming weeks, you should do well with all your prep work.
