I bumbled into this inspiration of a speech
May we all live as this man did.
I know I'm doubling my efforts.

Nice info link and great commentary thereafter by Dr. Strum, his legacy is a big deal in PCa history, the Harry Pinchot Award is given annually now unto others whom are influential advocates of PCa (laymen). Other award winners like:
Howard Hansen (founded hrpca.org website) and Rick Profit (Paact Newsletter & website, assisting men today still). It starts with an army of one.....

Truth is so much more wonderful, when it is lived…….. And we need not know a single thing about
his religion or politics. Passion, what a great word...

Very powerful words, and words and deeds to carry with us. So thank you for posting this.

I sort of wish there was a good place to store those speeches, stories, or precious words-of-wisdom so when you're down in the dumps and need a lift they can be retrieved.
By chance I found that quote and I myself have resolved to pay it forward .
I'm going pass my experiences as a patient and use this site as a reference to new prostatectomy patients.

That is good, and of course the part about
the support people really hit home; especially when he says "When we lay our heads upon our pillow for the last time and go gently into the night our problems are over. It is she who must pick up the pieces and move on in life's journey without us." That part scares - not that I can't do it, I just don't want to.
