Reached a milestone today.

After 44 IMRT treatments, 24 months of Lupron and Casadox I am drug free.... so to speak.
Met with both my M/O as well as my R/O and both agreed to take me off of everything.
I have been pulling <'s for the whole two years and I guess it's time see if it all worked.
The M/O wants to keep the PSA below 2 before we think of the next stage.
But, I'm confident that all will be fine and I'll be a life time member of the zero club.

Alright, bert! Lead the way, man. I'm following your path about 2 years behind ya. Mine's a T3, so maybe I'm in a bit deeper rough, but you're on the plan! Here's to recovering testosterone and zeros on PSA - happy scenario :)

Congratulations and may there be nothing but Zeros in your future! My path is similar to yours except my RO has me on 36 months of lupron--the last 6 month shot in October. Glad you are finished with a looong treatment that seems like it will never end..It took me a year to reach <.03 so you have a better chance on never having a recurrence..Hell of a word..All the best to you!

Oh, Bert!  That is terrific news!  My husband reaffirmed his membership to the Zero Club this week, but I didn't mention it in the thread title.  May we all celebrate this!

Michael, may you also be following Bert and Ron's footsteps!  No matter how you all get there - getting into the Zero Club is most gratifying.  The more the merrier!  YAY TEAM!
