thanks, special. all in all, it was one of my better birthdays, and I never sat around and really thought much about it ahead of time, when you get to be my age, not always want to be reminded. lol.

Keen to get back David but for the time being I have to keep the eyeballs on the little one (is at that inquisitive age and into everything) at the time chat is on. (Thursday afternoon here)

Thank you, Bill from FL but from SC. I only eat canned boiled peanuts, feel they are somewhat safely made, afraid of the road side versions, you never know what's in the pot or when it was last cleaned, lol

Smart man! Whenever I drive through SC, I'll see them on the side of the road, in gas stations, etc. Makes you wonder what they boil them in.

brownies and all thing chocolate are well proven to be GFMPH.

since my gang all knows I am a chocolate freak, must have gotten 7-8 bars of quality chocolates aside from the brownies, plus a whole box of Russell Stover dark chocolates. May OD before its over with.

least chocolate makes me feel good, so must be worth something

thank you - Donald and craig and Kathy. Wow another one on the 13th of July, haven't met many others over the years.

bill - there was a peanut man along the mountains here, that for years had a stand. bought some from him many years back, and when I wandered to his big propane fired pot, he had chunks of venison and assorted vegetables and who knows what else floating in the pot along with the peanuts. that was the last time for me, lol.

said he was cooking his dinner at the same time. I wondered if he did his laundry the same way, too.
