I'd like to chart out the dosages given for Trimix and Bimix.
If you guys want to send me your cocktail that is on the label, I will do a spreadsheet. It might show some interesting data.

I will keep it anonymous on the spreadsheet if desired.

It is not a good idea to post your email on any threads as it will open you up to all kinds of spam. That is why we have the ability to post emails in our profile where only HW members can have access.

 

I use double strength TRIMIX at .25 to.30ml per injection.

 

Phentlomine   1.5mg

Papayerine       30mg

Prostaglandin   20mcg/ml

(Alprostadil)

Trimix .15ml to .20ml depending if I am alone or not....

Common order of cocktail

Papaverine 30mg
Phentolamine 1mg
Prostaglandin (Alprostadil) (PGE) 10mcg/ml

100cc or 50cc syringes with 31 guage, 5/16 needle

BIMIX 

30 to 1  papaverine / phentolamine  in a 5ml vial

injections are  .15 ml  each

Successfully used for over six years, nothing else works

shelf life refrigerated is easily 6 months, however new compounding regulations limit liability to 30 days

My Trimix Rx is: Papaverine 30mg - Phentolamine 1mg – Prostaglandin 10mcg/ml.

I no longer need to inject :-) I started at 5 units (0.05cc) and slowly, methodically, step by step increased the dose until I found that 20 units (0.20cc) was the ticket for me.

I've used two formulas. My starter mix was

Papaverine 16.7 mg/mL
Phentolamine 0.56 mg/mL
Prostaglandin 5.6 mcg/mL

I started at 20 units and worked my way up to 50. It came in a 4.5mL vial for about $110.

The stronger mix I switched to (labeled Trimix SUPER) was

Papaverine 30 mg/mL
Phentolamine 2 mg/mL
Prostaglandin 20 mcg/mL

I generally use 25 units of this stuff. It comes in a 5mL vial for $145.

My husband's formula, which his lab labels super trimix is:

Papaverine 30 mg
Phentolamine 2 mg
Prostaglandin 20 mcg

After regular trimix was ineffective, my husband was switched to super trimix. He initially needed 75 units but now only needs 8 units. If he needs to reduce it any more he will ask about going back to regular trimix.
