Well, my wife and I spent the weekend with my brother and sister in law taking in the beautiful colors in Northern Michigan, especially M119 Tunnel of Trees from Harbor Springs north, awesome! Okay, this time tomorrow I will be the recipient of 3 small tattoos on my pelvis and I begin SRT on Thursday. Thanks for all the support, have fun in Chicago to the Chicago gang. I wanted to go but Doc said I wasn't allowed to come out and play!

Good luck with your SRT venture, remember it's all about an endurance contest, think of it as a marathon, and pace yourself. You will find out within weeks, why they only zap you Monday through Fridays.

Hope you have few if any SE, and mostly hope it does the job for you.

Your stats were very similar to mine, except I had a higher PSA value.

We love the Tunnel of Trees road, just beautiful. Michigan in the fall is absolutely gorgeous! Did you eat at the Legs Inn? That's a pretty cool place.

I'll second the RT as a marathon. Kind of a groundhog day experience, and it surprised me how fast it was over. Mine took 9 weeks, and it really did go by quickly.

Eaglekeeper good to hear from you - and I'll also throw in my support and best wishes as you head down the path of SRT. It is indeed a marathon so go in with that attitude and stay strong! Plus, we're all here for all the support you could ask for.

Yeah, fall colors up North is something I make sure to experience every year - the colors, the smell, it's all rejuvinating for sure! Headed back home to the U.P. this weeked and will be about a week or so behind peak, but still looking forward to it.

GOOD LUCK! During this time try to exercise, ie treadmill, daily. It helped me alot for a guy who, until then, hardly exercised.
