I'd like to call your attention to a recent study from U Michigan. They found that patients who received 6 months of ADT had a 1.8 fold decrease in risk of biochemical failure, distant metastases, and PC mortality, whereas patients who received 24 months of ADT had a 9.8-fold decrease in risk of those. So your odds are over 5 times better by staying on ADT for the full two years.
