Proscapt,
My personal inclination, based only on my own gut feelings, is similar to Dr. Scholz's advice to you - that diet has more of an impact than supplements. I was wondering what Dr. Scholz's specific dietary recommendations were. You wrote that he believes that radically altering the diet in a vegetarian/vegan direction has an impact in slowing PSA growth. Did he give you any guidance beyond going vegetarian/vegan?
The diet I have come up with includes organic food if possible, chicken, fish, no red meat, limited dairy, limited sugar, lots of fruits and vegetables. I often make vegan or vegetarian dishes for dinner.I am always looking to further refine this diet. Thanks.
James - hope that everything works out for you.
