Tony,
Both you and Casey were perfect gentlemen at our meeting and your personalities are 100% different than what you project on this forum. Prior to agreeing to the Chicago meeting, I queried "Yoop" as to my suitability and received a "thumbs up" for both of you as long as "I bit my tongue". I didn't of course and realizing that their was a "temperamental wildcard" in your midst your forbearance was admirable. While both of you discussed results of the SWOG meeting and projected trials utilizing terminology for drugs which I couldn't pronounce never mind spell, I enjoyed talking to Goodlife and reviewing his xrays and Sonny & Sherry's marriage on his kindle; he is the "real McCoy".
I briefly mentioned that I received the VA's current "clinical statement" on 3 October which basically parroted the USPSTF's "not recommended" with minor exceptions. Previously, I had been informed that a new one was in the process of being developed and it now appears that you will be a working member of this group so do us proud! I'm sure that you will meet with Kathleen Sebelius, the HHS Secretary, so please inform her that many men demand equal rights; she was responsible for having the task force's recommendation on BC ignored.
You are the right man for the job and I congratulate you!
Bill
