Dotson -
A little googling provides some clues regarding your father's medical record.
"The paraaortic lymph nodes (also known as para-aortic, periaortic, peri-aortic, and lumbar) are a group of lymph nodes that lie in front of the lumbar vertebral bodies near the aorta. These lymph nodes receive drainage from the lower gastrointestinal tract and the pelvic organs."
Cancer often spreads first through the lymphatic system which drains particular parts of the body. These particular lymph nodes are in line to receive the prostate cancer since they drain the pelvic area.
adenopathy - "enlargement of glandular tissue (especially of the lymph glands)"
the "para aortic" and the "adenopathy" don't immediately appear to have anything to do with the blood clot in the leg. That may be from an entirely different cause than the PC, or it may be related somehow.
In addition to the metastatic prostate cancer which has spread to multiple places in the bones and lymph nodes, there appears to be a neoplasm (a cancer) in the bladder. "un specific nature" means that there is not enough information to say what kind of cancer it is. It could be a growth due to the spread of the prostate cancer to the bladder or it could be a bladder cancer which is entirely unrelated to the prostate cancer.
"LOC EXC BONE LESION NEC" appears to mean "local excision of bone lesion, not elsewhere classified" which means the doctor removed (or plans to remove) a bit of the bone cancer (to do tests on it? to alleviate symptoms? it's not clear) and the "NEC" simply means that it's not indicated which particular part the bone is to be treated in this way.
I'm sure other people will weigh in soon with more info.
