I feel like I'm making good progress on getting back in shape after surgery. While walking our two Labs this morning, I started to feel stronger while walking along our trail that takes about
45 minutes. I told my wife how pleased I was with my progress but I still can't get by without a 1-2 hour nap in the afternoon. Just exhausted like now and ready to hit the bed.
I missed my nap with family here over the holidays. I've been basically dry since the catheter came out two weeks ago but missing my nap caused me to use 3 - 4 pads that day because of the dribbles. I wasn't happy but thought those pelvic muscles were telling me that they were tired. Does this sound familiar to you guys? I'm finally starting to sleep more than 2 hours at night without getting up to pee all the time. That's why I need the daily nap.
I'm concentrating on my recovery but I can't stop thinking about that first PSA check. I know whatever it is, you all will be there to help me along the way. I just love this site.
Thanks for all you do ............Berk
