Yk,
At least you got some reaction from your .20ml (20 units) shot.
But the main reason why you did not get a good erection out of this shot is it is just too little/delivered active ingredients.
You will probably end up using 30-50 units by the time you are done.
As mentioned here you should do so gradually. Hard to say how much increase each time but .25 and then .30 etc would probably be safe. I am not a doctor so you should probably consult yours if you want to be safer.
Also let's look at your prescript
ion:

My prescription;
prostaglandin(PGE-1) - 5mcg
phentolamine - 0.5mg
papaverine - 20gm (1 ml per usage on pre-filled syringe)
Using shorthand for comparison purposes this would be:
PGE-1 5mcg Papaverine 20mg Phentolamine 0.5mg -- Per Ml.
This is about
the weakest prescript
ion you could possibly get, so the fact that .20ml got you to 50% is pretty promising really.
You can keep on with this (but you'll probably need 25 or 30 units or more per shot) or you could ask your Doctor for a stronger prescript
ion.
Standard is like this:
PGE-1 10mcg Papaverine 30mg Phentolamine 1mg -- Per Ml.
Stronger would be:
PGE-1 15mcg Papaverine 30mg Phentolamine 1mg -- Per Ml.
Super would be:
PGE-1 20mcg Papaverine 30mg Phentolamine 1mg -- Per Ml.
The 'names' are just made up except for the 'Standard' which is a version doctors will often prescribe by name (without even listing the ingredients because compounding pharmacies know what the standard version is. Other versions should be prescribed precisely by exact amounts as above.
So .. keep on trying your current prescript
ion until you get to a good level. If the amount per shot is not too high then you could decide to stick with that prescript
ion. But you always have the option of asking your Doc for a stronger prescript
ion -- and almost always it will be more economical per shot since the price for a stronger prescript
ion usually is no different from a weaker one.
Good luck with your journey ...
