Keep doing Kegels (make sure you're doing them right) and it will keep improving. I'm 12 weeks out and the only time I even think about leakage any more is if I need to push out a big load of gas. I haven't had any leakage in the last few weeks, but I suspect that if I don't consciously hold the pee (do a kegel) when I push out the gas, I'd lose a few drops.
Early on, I also held it as long as I could during the day. I don't know for sure if this is correct, but I think stretching my bladder by not going every time I felt the urge helps get control.
I think I'm back to normal now in terms of frequency, but I still do Kegels.
You're doing awesome to already be padless!
