So I can't use the .064 as my nadir? Am confused about what
point (how long) at which you determine your nadir.
Should have had my testosterone level determined when I had
the second PSA. I am starting to feel a tad bit more like I did
before the ADT, so it is most likely rising.
Hi,
By my basic understanding, 0.064 is not your nadir. That is the artificially low level caused by your ADT. Even the 0.544 level might not be your nadir given that you still may have ADT in your system. Your real nadir will only be determined when the ADT gets out of your system. It's only your trend data over time that will determine your nadir.
