I am post implant recipient (10/28/13) I am told by surgeon that my reservoir is encapsulated. he has scheduled operating on me again and said he needs anathesia to keep from hurting me as he is going to break the encapsulation. I can deflate ok when I get an automatic erection.,but can only get a partial erection. just enough to perform but not satify partner. I have read about pain from others but my pain is 24/7.I am worried that the pump is not working properly. The pain need to recognize need to urinate is now completely in my scrotum different from before.

I had s implant on10/28/13 and am still aware of the foreign objects in scrotum and penis though getting better daily. now about encapsulation. because of excessive swelling doc could not inflate me this went on for too long and the reservoir became covered with body tissues. I had to be put to sleep again as the doc did not want to hurt me. he did not have to cut me open but manipulated the reservoir with "great pressure" . this procedure was easy and I felt nothing and still don't. I can inflate and deflate my self. thus you can see why partial inflation is important. as for recovery time I as wrong to think 3 months would put me back to normal probably will be 6 months though I can have sex with all the normal feeling keep on pumping and deflating often don

Which neck of the woods is that? In general terms, we don't want your address. Maybe someone has a doctor they like in a reasonably-nearby city.

It sounds like you are doing OK. I remember a story about a woman whose breast implant became encapsulated and felt hard like a rock. The doctor said he knew exactly how to fix it but needed her permission first. The procedure he outlined was to find the biggest, strongest medical student at the teaching hospital, invite him into the room and have him squeeze her breast between his palms as hard as he possibly could.

Apparently, fake boobs are less sensitive than originals since she reported that the procedure worked perfectly and was only mildly uncomfortable.
