Lowandslow & Devasted1:
L & S-----my stats are almost indentical to yours, except that I'm 5 years out from surgery as you can see. I started Testosterone replacement 3 years ago, settling on self-administered shots twice a week as ideal for me. My PSA has remained undetectable, and my T level averages at about 800. You need to check your estradiol to see if you're a converter of T to E, especially if you're using transdermal patches, or gels/creams of any kind. You can also convert via shots, that's why I also take an estrogen inhibitor. I'd say go for the increase, but monitor T, E and your PSA every 3 months
Devasted1----Eugene Shippen had me use HCG during my TRT but I cycled in and out of using it. Definitely increases natural production of T, and insures that your testicles don't turn into raisins. Not that everybody would have that same reaction; I haven't, but it still ensures that your natural production is not completely shut down........good luck to both of you.
