Headaches from Lupron?

After reading many of the posts here on the SEs of HT and Lupron, I was not really expecting the headaches. After my first shot, I had a headache and felt like I had a mild case of flu. The flu symptoms soon subsided but the headaches have persisted. Mostly it is just a dull ache behind the eyes, but sometimes it becomes severe enough that I have to take some Motrin, and, even then, it just takes the edge off it.

I've never had this before so I am assuming it is from the Lupron. After almost a month, I have yet to start experiencing the hot flashes, etc., but are the headaches common?
Do they eventually subside?

When I first started zoladex I was put on casodex first then zoladex. The casodex gave me head aches and diarrhea for about six weeks. When I started the zoladex the headaches intensiefied for about a month, then stated to level off.I think it had something to do with the paturtery gland. Lupron and zoladex work the same, basically fooling the paturtery gland in thinking you have to much testosterone so it stops signaling the testicles and adrenal glands to produce testosterone.As far as hot flashes i didn't start getting them until my second shot.
