I smiled when I looked at my calendar. It says "appointment with urologist --Lupron shot"

Then there is a line through it , ie: CANCELLED

I will consider this as the first official day of my HT vacation.

Next week, on the 2nd will be a sadder day. It will be 4 1/4 years since I received THE CALL.

Enjoy the good news.

I remember my Call in July 2004 when I heard that I had the big C.

We all have to make the best of it and stay positive.

If it would just warm up a bit in the Chicago area I would enjoy life even more.

Yes when I was diagnosed I tried the "be careful what you ask for" on my spouse, in such a way that it would not produce guilt, just jocularity, the only thing in my jock lately.

I can't go on Lupron holiday but am enjoying a vacation to prep for GFMPH Florida by staying on Sonny's side of the state, a little south of he and Sherry.
