In revenge against malysia for actions against the pilots political hero the previous day, the pilot either hoodwinked the co-pilot into turning the transponder off and sent him on a fools errand to the back after either again hoodwinking or in cahoots with co-pilot climbed to FL{flight level}450. Commercial A/C never operate at FL 450. Depressurization at that altitude is quickly debilitating.He then programmed the autopilot to a course over land, then over the sea southbound. The land portion was to prevent a primary return{pure echo return}on radar at that altitude and at some point depressurised the plane. Those Ox2 masks that drop down are a minimal ox2 replacement. Then with a programmed slow descent south bound,west of the land, it proceeded southbound to all of ours final frontier. My data against co-pilots involvement is that most pilot copilot pairings are randomly done. Data for his involvement is a last minute pairing could be easily arranged with a swap with another co-pilot, for personal reasons. with 18000 hours, the pilot had mucho seniority and the swap could be easily arranged. Low priority response item. Any one else have theories on this. Again low priority response item. There was one "news" network that had their terrorism "expert" on and his actual words were "i hope this is terrorism" he then explained why.

I'm terrified of flying and have to very often, including next week, so the wall to to wall coverage is not something I appreciate.

I'm with you, however, either pilot lunacy or perhaps an electrical fire.

I'm flying over next week. London for work first then to her. We've reached the end of the line. Tarceva has failed her and tumor has grown and is obstructing breathing. Discourse has shifted to where she wants to go and die (with her sister). It's Italy so a nightmare to coordinate. As a good atheist American my sole focus is on having her equipped with the right pain meds in that final week. Nobody there seems to be taking that into serious consideration. They focus more on the emotional/spiritual. I don't shun that all, I'll take any help, but I know she will need serious junk, and not the kind for squares either. Her hope in a miracle has now vanished which is a tough thing for a Catholic to come to terms with, but she is. She isn't scared but very disoriented. Yesterday morning she started the conversation on Skype with me with a "which of my paintings do you want?". I couldn't entertain the conversation and just told her to forget about that stuff. She looks like she's aged 30 years in the last 3 months. Talk about terrorism.

Logo, I wouldn't be able to conjecture on any of these tragedies however, as you know, many of the bad things in the world have an underlying link to a Gleason 6 looking for advanced treatment.

whatever works :) I get great relief in my mother's spiritual beliefs. She's not scared and is serene even in her darkest hours because of her faith. That stuff is even better stuff than the junk they have her on.

Thing s took a turn today after I posted that. 10PM her time today we received a call that they were rushing her to the hospital because of lack of oxygen and because her breathing patterns (lungs filling with fluid). We spent the next hours talking to volunteers (from her religious group) who were given us updates. My sister is making bookings to go any day and I told my boss that I may need to leave London in the middle of our meetings. Now one of the trickiest parts, finding a seat on a plane to Rome during Easter amongst all the pilgrims :) Life is never boring, just tiring.

I remember the Payne Stewart incident. That was the most bizarre thing.

Also, Isn't it amazing that it is so common place to communicate from our gazillion vehicles to GPS satellites....like every few seconds from my Tom Tom...or my iPhone google maps...etc...but a 777 doesn't have multiple, redundant communications with satellites...???

Very sorry for those people, such a tragedy...Time-space continuum, don´t we all get lost in it sooner or later? Glad that the countries are not giving up the search. They matter.
