I'm six years out from dx, radical prostatectomy and IMRT. Still rolling zeros, praise God!
I have stress incontinence, meaning I'm good until I sneeze. Even when wearing a pad, which I seldom do, my cowboy always seems to be pointing somewhere other than the pad.
Maybe I'm slow to catch on, but I got a simple idea and share it with you, my PC brothers.
Rather than spending a fortune on pads, I bought a $10 baseball athletic support cup (you know, one without belts or straps). I line it with an extra absorbent paper towel sheet (or two). The cup stays in place with briefs, and I hardly know I'm wearing it. And best of all it's pretty dang hard to "miss" (unlike the pads).
You may all be way ahead of me on this, but it's just an idea that works for me. Hope it may help someone.
I don't post much here, but check in every day or two. Bless you, all.

And while wearing it, you present a prouder package.
The ladies notice. ;-)

I always went commando before surgery. Now, I wear a jockstrap with one thin pad. Stays in place and I don't soak a thin pad in a day. I just use the thin pad to catch the occasional small drip, which I can usually stop by tightening up when I feel it trying to sneak out.

Bill,
If women can wear Wonderbras without shame, there's no reason you can't be packing a pee pad in your pouch.
Is that a Tena in your pocket or are you happy to see me?

Now that I have a problem, but only after running a few miles, after several years of no trouble...
I'm still aiming for that little Tena, and sometimes missing.
Not quite ready for the cup, but it sounds like a good idea. May end up there eventually.
I wonder how many women are wearing wonderbras?...

Athletic supporter and a cut piece of a shamwow also works pretty good.
The supporter also works well with Attends Guards or the Coloplast 4200B pouch for heavier periods of stress incontinence. Like more involved lifting and/or ladder work.
