Billybob,
Im going to give the Chamomile tea a try too. Im only 2 days off of your surgery date and experiencing the same problems. VERY frustrating!! Dont know if it will help or not, but its certainly worth a try. Thanks for the tip
Yeah, what the heck, worst case you spend a few pennies and drink a tea you may or may not like(probably not). Best case, it helps. Again what the heck, if it helps 10 or 20% it's worth it at twice the price, seems to me.
I just got in from meeting some friends at a restaurant. As we were leaving, my wife asked me if I had been able to hold it in OK. I said "mostly OK, a little got out, but I've really got to go, let's get home". Then she reminded me this was the 1st time she had seen me not go straight to the bathroom entering a restaurant(or anywhere else) and then straight to the bathroom before leaving, plus maybe going some other times. Good point! Though I probably had a minor spasm when getting up to leave, which forced a little out if it had been like the bad ones I have had since day 1, I would have had to rush to the bathroom. Plus, it is hard for me not to make an ugly scrunched up face as I am trying so hard to Kegel that spasm into submission until I reach the bathroom. I did not have to make that face. So I guess that is some improvement, whatever is the reason for the improvement.
For me it's a nobrainer to try this tea or anything else that MIGHT help even a little, is cheap and causes little or no harm. I have now added magnesium and Horsetail as mentioned in the OP, but have not yet found Crataeva.

Have any of you guys been experiencing some wetness, with a small urination during the day but 2 SOAKING PADS per night and when i get up to change them - i piss like a race horse.
I am the opposite. Though I also piss like a race horse also when I get up in the night, which has varied from every 2 to as much as 6 hours. But so far I have been blessed to be totally dry at night and when sitting. When I'm up, I'm wet pretty much always, more as the day goes on. ( I did have a large wet spot on my underwear one night 2 1/2 weeks post cath)

Also, Has anybody kept track of how many guys actually have a rise in psa after having 0's, Is there a percentage or something, or is it a matter of time and everyone's will start multiplying? Just asking. Also is there a diet that can help stop this stuff? Thanks
That might deserve it's own thread. I sure don't know, but my gut is there is a % based on Gleason score and the path report. I suspect very few G6s start rising even many years after RP, but a bunch of us G9s do. My surgeon told me, when I asked about
% for MY path report, that I had about
a 50% chance of it rising ( my PSA that is, not what I wish would rise) or not rising. Which is not the same thing as chance of dying from PC, the odds of that would be way smaller even for my not so thrilling results.
