The name of your pain is "dysorgasmia" and it is common in peri-menopaisal women and men who have had their prostates removed. Using the medical term when you Google the problem will get you a more research-y and targeted result.

Here's a hopeful abstract for you. It suggests that the problem gets better with time.

I had bad spasms and pain at orgasm up until 1-year post surgery. At 1 year the spasms and pain went away rather quickly. At 2-years post surgery orgasm is definitely weaker and more "distant" than before surgery, but at least it doesn't hurt.

I get the pain in my Kidney area, but whatever the name of the pain is I hope it resolves itself in due course. On a happier note, you do have an orgasm and I TRUST with an erect penis!

Colloquially it is called pre-cum and if you want a more sciencey sounding name if is preejaculate or preseminal fluid or Cowper's Gland emissions. It is produced by a gland at the base of the penis that is not removed along with the prostate.
