PSA <0.1 !!!!! Woo hoo! (This lab's detection limit is 0.1).
Hopefully this is encouraging to other folks here, and especially my fellow G9 crew members. In celebration, I present the zero dance (ok, it's a bit silly):
/www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_dqH9Vf8TEYesterday marked a year on Lupron / Casodex, and 8 months post primary radiotherapy treatment. I got another 6 month Lupron shot (with the usual local bruised feeling, getting better already). Had a lengthy discussion with my RO, reporting few side effects and almost none from the radiation (still have slight burning on initiating urination).
Next PSA check is scheduled for November, and I think I'm just going to wait till then. The PSA is very unlikely to do anything exciting in that time. And, six months of not fussing about
this crap sounds like a good thing.
