I just looked at the evidence, and it seems that reported exposure to Agent Orange is associated with
both prostate cancer incidence and aggressiveness.
The following study found a 52% increase in the risk of detecting PC, and a 75% increase in risk of high grade PC. Interestingly, there was no increase in risk of low grade PC:
