VED to give away

     The VED is great that you offer that out-- but I'm really interested in that implant.

Questions:

1) What made you finally say "do it"?

2) How did you pick your surgeon?

3) How does it feel now, does it feel natural or completely Bionic?

4) Did insurance cover it?

5) Does your lady sense the difference?

6) How does it work for you? Do you pump it up at will?

7) Are you satisfied with the overall results?

8) Were you worried to do it?

9) Would you suggest it to others?

10) Have you used it much? ( I hope) Ha ha

Al, I will try to answer each of your question.

1) The only way I could get a usable erection was with the VED. Injections or pills did not work because of venous leak. I did not like the feel of a VED erection and it was kind of cumbersome. So I figured I had nothing to loose and everything to gain.

2) My surgeon was in the same group as my urologist, had a good reputation, does a lot of implants, and was close to home.

3) I miss getting a natural erection as part of foreplay, but intercourse feel pretty much the same.

4) Medicare paid for it. I wanted to get it done before Medicare stops paying.

5) I was married to my lady only a few months before I had prostate surgery so we didn't have a lot of experience together. Sex is always a work in progress and the penis is a small part of it.

6) It works great. Pump it up when I think we might have sex and just leave it...ready anytime it works out. Nothing to carry or drugs to take an hour before. Erection becomes a none issue...

7) I would do it again in a heartbeat

8) Three things to consider is the chance of infection, implanting one that is to small, and the pain of having it done. The stat in infection shows that it is pretty unlikely. Getting the right size should be a no brainer for an experienced doctor. From my other surgery I knew I wouldn't have a problem with the pain. As it came out, no infection, size is good except I think I last some size probably due to the soft gland and the pain was not a problem at all.

9) I would highly recommend it.. no turning back, but if things aren't working anyhow and there is no chance of improvement what do you have to lose.

10) I use it a lot...2 to 3 times a week..

I had to special order my VED because the family that runs the biggest durable medical equipment supply in my area will not sell them, due to their "religious concerns".

Bring / send it to Sept GFMPH. We have a "no stories" policy, so someone who needs it might speak up while they might not respond here.

142, can you spell that out. "Sept GFMPH". I don't know what it means.
