How can I buy Xtandi and Zytiga from India

I'd look at somewhere closer to you. Dubai, Australia, Singapore come to mind.

Have you also tried having your doctor or hospital order them for you. I imagine the price would be significant.

I think the Zytiga sells from Canadian pharmacies. The Xtandi not yet.
Israel also has pharmacies. They would be expensive either place. Good luck.

I have a relative who bought his Zytiga from an online pharmacy called IsraMeds.
He only had a doctor's prescription from Greece so I guess they will accept an Indian one as well.
I remember that he said that the price was fair. He found them on a website called pharmacychecker.

Here is some ideas:

Canada pharma might sell you Zytiga, they will likely sell you Ketoconazole (similar acting to Zytiga, both use prednisone or a cortisol with them), Keto is cheap-cheap in comparison.  (Keto  from like $100 or so a month www.northdrugstore.com)

You could try DES (estrogenic drug) perhaps from Italy and other foreign sources it can be cheap-cheap (no patents) in the USA I got mine for  $130 per year (1-mg), that is almost free (lol) and it outperformed ADT3 that cost around $13,000  (more laughs) and without nasty side effects.

You could try emcyt (another estrogenic-Canada or other places) worked super well for Dr. Fred Lee a 33 yr. survivor with his own incureable PCa.

For some weird reason this combo might work, even though separately you failed control on these drugs:

casodex-generic (or any anti-androgen drug) + (any estrogenic drug)-DES, estradiol patch or gel or Emcyt as a combo. This is low priced protocol.  I have found results using this, twice now, the second time just recently but with increased doseages, even with failing on expensive protocol of Leukine+Keto+estradiol, (casodex+DES) was maybe $80 a month vs. the other worth $6000+ a month.

Some patients whom failed on casodex seem to get new results using Nilandron (even though same family line of drugs...maybe it binds better like MDV3100 seems to do) Nilutamide .

You could try contacting the mfg's. of those drugs for possible compassionate useage or donation concept....that is a long shot, but who knows??????

I hope you have been able to resolve your problem. My father was prescribed zytiga and is unable to use them any further.

I have 200 tablets of the same (bought last month) - which i procured from India @ approx Rs1000 per tablet.

Happy to give the same to you if you want. If there is a affordability issue at your end, i can offer you some price reduction too.

Irfan Pervez has an email address you can access. Make sure you are logged in and click the envelope icon under his name. (Or click his name and read his email address in his profile). I, too, hope you find what you need for your father.

Worried Son - you'll need to make an email public and communicate such things by private email, as the transfer of prescription meds to others is illegal in the US, thus discussion is in violation of Rule 1.

I appreciate your intentions, but we can't use the forum that way.

a friend of mine was in the same situation as a lot of you are and could not find the medication he needed (it was not registered in his country). It was very frustrating seeing a friend fighting with cancer but not having access to the medication he needs, just because he is in the "wrong" country. I understand that there are different regulations in each country, but sometimes it takes just too long to get the product, especially when you cannot enter a trial.
On the internet we found some companies organizing the product he needed, one was RCC Pharma. They are in Europe, I believe Switzerland. They helped us quick, maybe worth a try.
