Chad, sorry about your health, but welcome to the site. I was diagnosed at 48. It sucks but you will get thru it. Read up, do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions. You will find your answers . Best wishes to you.

I agree with gbiers. I would never consider surgery unless it were the only option available. While I allow for the possibility that surgery can produce excellent results, none of the scores of guys I spoke with had even close to the results that I wanted. Choose carefully.

With that report you need to look into other options besides surgical. High volume with tumors in the apex, and PNI would point me to other than surgical, Which it did, in my case) By default, my uro was rushing me into surgery. If you are able to, consult with practitioners who specialize in prostate treatment

Do not rush into any treatment. Take the time to educate yourself about all the treatments available. Once you commit, there is no going back.
