The clear, slippery stuff your husband is producing is called pre-ejaculate (pre-cum) and is produced by the
bulbourethral glands (aka cowper's glands) which are generally left when the prostate is removed.
It is probably impossible for your husband to father children without heroic medical assistance. His testicles will still be producing spermatozoa but all the plumbing that leads to the outside of his body has been removed and there is no way for the little guys to get out.
If you guys
want to get pregnant there are medical procedures to remove some sperm from his testicles and use it for invitro fertilization. My impression is that it costs money and works about
half the time.
And as to your specific question: can you get pregnant? As far as I know it's possible. But your husband would want to know who the father is...
