I can't offer anything except a Roll Tide!

I'm new to this as well. I'm from the Guntersville area but live and work in the Atlanta area.

Is AUS the same as brachytherapy?

Welcome early to the AUS Club. I had mine installed 4/11 of this year.

Many of the guys on the forum helped me get through my installation and activation.

I had a hiccup when I had it activated 6 weeks later. Make sure you are VERY COMFORTABLE with how to use the controller before leaving the doctor's office when it is activated. My surgeon was very busy and he gave me a quick lesson and sent me on my way. I ended up in ER that evening having it de-activated because I couldn't pee.

I then went to my urologist to have it activated and he took the time to show me how to do it and I have been a happy camper ever since.

It is the best thing I ever did for myself, wished I did it sooner. Now I use 1 thin pad a day to catch a drip or 2.
