Congrats Lupron Jim! My fingers are crossed for a long term remission for you and that you get your big T back.
As for me, my PSA stayed undetectable for one year after SBRT and Zytiga, but I am back in trouble now at 1.44 with a PSADT of 4 months. So off we go for another C-11 scan with Acetate in Phoenix, and if the source can be identified and zapped safely with SBRT, that is what we will do!
Dr. Myers put me on Metformin, so we are checking the effectiveness of that drug at the same time.
I will keep you advised.

Here's hoping your numbers turn around.
No one better than Dr. Fabio Almeida at AZ Molecular Imaging to isolate the source so you can whack a mole it.
I too am now on Metformin. Hope you phased into it as it does increase Urgency.
Your published story on disappearing Oligometastatic bone mets was my original inspiration. That along with mentoring by Tall Allen, and encouragment from this whole board, particularly regarding use of cocktails approach versus monotherapy by so many including Ray the Steel Guy, Sonny, Worry Warts, Wampuscats and so many others to give my G9 its due.
Kick it while it's down and kick it where it hurts.
