penile implant issues post prostatectomy

given reality of high rates of post op impotence then this needs more discussion. A great way to resolve problem, indeed may even be better than pre-op. If it is pumping and working well but suddenly seems to fail, try pumping while concurrently depressing valve to "reprime" - works well.
Another problem of urinary ejaculation during sex is real;-
Empty bladder before activity and/or during a break (shower)
Use "no wet spot" sheet and remove when settling to sleep
Use condom (s) for all activity and discard frequently.
Warn your partner, she me be surprised (& delighted) at the intensity (amount & frequency) of ones "cuming"
if into wet games then the constant ejaculate can be a source of amusement.

I am 8 yrs out from RPR(laparoscopic), Gleason of 11 but clear margins. PSA now negligible consistantly. Doing well. 20 months from prosthetic surgery - excellent result though I am slowing a bit from a peak of t.i.d. plus for 3 weeks!! while on vacation with new lady friend who insisted on full range of positions. best thing that has happened since my cancer diagnosis. Thanks to the urologist concerned and the industry creating the implant. Life again worth living.

You are our first Gleason 11, by the way. I'm pretty sure the scale only goes up to 10. Typo?
