Warning: Don’t do this at home ...Viagra and Trimix

I'm using less and less of PDE5is, but a few nights ago after a large dinner the mood was right for some "action". On the drive home I put 50mg Viagra under my tongue. Then I thought what if I give the old fella an teensy-weensy bit of Trimix (.08ml) that I had in the fridge for the last six months to speed things up a bit - a protocol I used quite successfully at the 6-7 month mark. Well, "action" happened!

Then like a car on Cruise Control that speeds up automatically ...the old fella raised to the occasion once more .... It was then I wished that I had willing sister wives. At the one and a half hour mark I was getting worried, and thought if there was no natural deflation by two and half hours post injection I'll have to pop two emergency tablets, and if no deflation by the three and a half hour mark its a trip to the emergency department. But, almost on cue at the two hour mark I was totally deflated. The Anxiety definitely helped.

Lessons learned -- an ED protocol used successfully at 6-7 months could be dangerous at 14 months. The things we do ... the bloody things we do ...

I think doctors should tell patients and their partners that their sex lives would/could be very different. The knowledge that we have cancer scares the b-jesus out of people and the sex issue is hardly mentioned. Or, if it was mentioned it was a sort of secondary or tertiary issue.

My orgasmic experience in the beginning was painful and with pain comes avoidance - its a natural inclination for most to avoid pain. All of this affects the intimacy dynamic in the relationship. It surely tests the relationship, and many, myself included, were unprepared for this. "Love triumphs all" - if only it was that easy!

Is it common for orgasm to be painful after RP? Forever?

Tiger I was glad that I did not have to go to the ER. In hindsight it was dumb, wanting to enjoy the spontaneity of the moment using the additional injection. I was always cautious with Trimix and considering that I had it in the fridge for more than 6 months, thought the potency had reduced somewhat and a little bit (0.08cc) could not hurt. It appears that my Trimix script is still very potent and I respond much better to it NOW.

Prato My first orgasmic pain emanated from my kidneys, it felt like popping a hernia. The pain has subsided over time. I sincerely hope it does not last forever.

Buddy I've read some of people's priapism experiences in this forum and their ER experiences were not pleasant at all. Now that I know my Trimix has NOT totally expired, I might use it again on the odd occasion ... especially during those spontaneous opportunities.

Although nothing is coming up yet I have had the best orgasms of my life since my RP. They are earth shattering. I tried 50 mg of Viagra last week and it did nothing. Gonna try 100 mg this weekend. If I can ever get it erect again my sex life would/could be awesome. Just hoping for a comeback. Wife is really enjoying the dry orgasm
