Scott, don't be too sure. My PSA 2 years ago was 2.2, but slow steady rise over 3 years. I was 62 at the time. Did a biopsy it was negative, except for 1 core hi grade PIN but no Cancer. 2 years later, Psa 4.3, and I have 3 cores G6, . It was def there two years ago in smaller amounts, in my opinion. Good Uro at Columbia Prysbeterian , and he still missed it.
Probably no harm done, in your case, and mine. If you did the test a year ago and they missed it, you might not have had the biopsy this year. Part of this is luck, sorry to say
