Been a long time since I've posted here, I do drop by every now and then though.
Had appointment with Uro today and got my 22 month PSA result, the PSA was 0.0! I had a RP in March 2013.
Life is getting back to normal. 20mg Cialis is working pretty good. 100% dry. Scars are barely visible. If you didn't know me, you would never know I had prostate surgery.
Keep the faith guys, it does get better.

Ispark, congratulations. I'm one of the newbies, had surgery 3 weeks ago, and will have my first PSA 6 weeks post op, three weeks from now.
Your pathology is almost the same as mine, my PSA was lower, and I had 5% tumor in prostate. Don't know the % of g4 and don't think I want to. So your post helps me in my attempt to get more positive
Good luck and best wishes for many more 0's

no such thing as 0.0 some labs report "undetectable" as such be cause they are ignant. some day a law suit will bite them when some one sues because they did not seek treatment at .09.{reported as 0.0} My first psa came back 0.0. {std test} Had a talk with the lab and straightened them out. My specialty!!

Congratulations, nice to see you post again.
Like Logo said, there's no such thing as a .0 or a .00 or even a .000, there will always be something, even if it's "noise" from the test itself. The wonders of ultra sensitive testing at its best.

I have had 6 psa since my surgery in Dec 2012 and my uro has showed me my results and the first few[ at a private lab] said undetectable . I tryed a different lab at the hospital and they have come back 0.00 every time. My uro was just as excited as i was.
