any of you guys on instagram? I am a photographer and a traveler and I am addicted to instagram. I post daily there. how about you?

Ed, you had me for a minute there, got all jacked up and everything when I read the topic "What are you shooting?"

Once I clicked on your link, and then of course recalled that you are truly a master with photography, I realized you meant "that" kind of shooting! smilewinkgrin

Good thing, because I'm pretty sure there's not enough allowable characters in a post here to share all of what I am regularly "shooting!" rolleyes

NIKON D40X, Glock30s (have yet to "shoot" it) and I have had 80 I-125 radio active pellets "shot" into my old ancient prostate. smhair

sadly photography isn't one of my gifts. When I do take pictures it's with my iPhone, most often of stuff I am building in my shop.

I generally don't drink, read, write, play an instrument, or shoot. I am generally very boring. I go to work, come home, come on this forum, watch the news and Netflix, and come back on this forum. Woe is me.

But, the week before my diagnosis, my wife bought me a Nikon 3200 for my birthday. I've wanted one for a while. Unfortunately PCa got in the way of me learning how to use it. I still can't seem to focus on much else. Hopefully that will change soon, and I'll start shooting

Nikon 300S and, for traveling light, an Olympus Epl2. Not in your league artistically but do lots of shots for conservation land -- seasons, wildlife, activities.

Great photos Ed. I used to love dabbling in photography but haven't taken a picture in years. Used to take photos of barns, cities, whatever. Anything really. I really liked taking black and white shots the best.

Nikon D3200 with the amazing 18-270mm zoom, Coolpix S6800 and....
Any member of the Order Rodentia within a 100 yard radius of my south facing gun port.
I have a number of (definitely GFMPH) Leupold VX-II 3-9x Gold ring scopes mounted on devices worthy of such optics.
I recently added a Benjamin Marauder PCP to the mix Chambered in .22, with a pressure tank of 3000 psi it sends 15gr projectiles downrange at 900f/s.

Last week I did a Jello Shots with a couple of wonderful folks here who took us to a Drive Through Daiquiri place that is legal in the Bayou.

Wow Ed - you've got me drooling!

You are very very talented - I have bookmarked your site to follow when I want an escape from the daily stuff. I have tried over the years to attain a smidge of the results you've posted.

The time commitment is impressive too.

I have a D7000 w the VR 18-200 - so versatile, I rarely carry a bag of tricks anymore.

Oh yea, a pair of Glocks too.

Nikon D5300 with the stock 18-140, the Nikkor 60mm micro and new 105mm micro. Glock Model 22, AK47, Winchester 1300 when I go to Nevada. I left behind my 105psi compressed air powered Spud Cannon that would put 1.5" potato slugs through 3/4" plywood at 50 feet. Kind of hard to safely fire the spud cannon in town.......

Long ago, I shot a lot of 35mm. Then I went digital with an early Kodak (still have it, and use it).

I do not own, nor have I ever used, any firearms. And I refuse to be ashamed of that.

I generally travel light with a compact Olympus with 30x zoom and a Panasonic Lumix, also with super zoom.

Also have an Olympus E-600 DSLR that I used to shoot some pretty nice pics of the northern lights up in Fairbanks, Alaska around Thanksgiving. That's a 4/3 camera, and I like the compact feel of it.

and got a new Canon T3i kit for Christmas that I'm just starting to play around with.

And then I have a couple of Canon SLR film cameras that have become essentially useless. They're just sitting around taking up space.
