Is it safe to say, the newer the nomogram the better the prediction? It's been my recollection that the MSK nomogram was considered the best.

I believe that MSKCC updates their nomograms annually so you always have them dropping data from the most distant year and replacing it with data from the most recent year

It's interesting that the one at prostate calculator.org doesn't ask for the primary and Secondary GLeason grades, nor does. It ask about
ECE. Whereas MSKCC Nomograms does.

That's good to know, as the MSKCC calcuator gave me a 99 percent for 15 year survival. BUT, that's after a RP, which doesn't help apply to being on AS. Still, I'll take those odds. Thanks.
