Just back from Amsterdam after getting my latest test rsts.
Still less than 0.01 !!!!!
It was also my first talk with the new Nurse Pracritioner who has taken over my case as her predecessor has movd to another hospital in another city.
And yes I said "her" as I am now in the care of a lady. She said I could switch to seeing her (male) colleague if I wanted, but I had no problem with the way she dealt with me, so I'll leave things as they are.
Another new factor was the fact that she is French, so it was an interesting experience for us to be talking in Dutch.
Strangest thing was that during my consultation the fire alarms went off along with announcements telling everyone in the hospital to leave the building by the nearest exit. As it turned out we had a hardly got to the exit when we were told we could go back in: rumur has it that the alarms wer set off by the steam from a kettle in one of the kitchens that had not switched off automatically.
Here's hoping that the next appointment will be less hectic.
