I'm off to see my ED person at the hospital in the next couple of months and could do with some imput
from you guys.

I had a nerve sparing RP 5 years ago and have had zero erections since.
I used a daily dose of 5mg Cialis (20mg at the weekends)and a pump for rehabilitation which didnt have any effect.
The injections werent great for me despite persisting for a couple of years with them.
Muse will give me an 80% erection, not enough for penetration but at least me and the chick can have a
bit of fun.

So, 5 years on I need to think outside the box a bit with my questions for the ED person.
Is there any trials or experimental therapies I sould be asking about, nerve grafts etc?
Any other thoughts?

Have you considered looking into the implants?

Works for many men.

Well hopefully you will find a chick that can help. A better option would be a woman, but like cheese you may have to mature some for that experience….. Know what I mean, Dog. You don't mind me calling you Dog, do you Spotty???

There are a lot of clinical trials, but so far nothing exciting. If trimix/MUSE doesn't work well, it sounds like you may have venous leak, which is difficult to overcome. Researchers are investigating things like electric nerve stimulation, erythropoietin, fat-derived stem cells, shockwave therapy, and angiotensin-receptor blockers. The only sure thing is an implant, as Andrew suggested.

I was checked for veinous leak Allen.
They stick a needle in, wait for hardness and use some type of hand held scanner.
Didnt have it apparently.
There is a new PED5 inhibitor about to come out but I didn't react to any of the previous big boys.

Implant or shots - that's about it for options. I'm there too, between non-nerve sparing surgery and Lupron.

My uro would do the surgery without question in my case.

As a G9 and having a Doc that didn't spare anything including a bit of the badder I'm going for the implant. Reading the forums recovery is very painful making most guys sorry they volunteered for the first week but by far most are more than happy they did it once they recover.

Having an implant is an option.

Youve had nerve sparing surgery (at least thats what the surgeon says) and you do not have any venous leakage, I'd suggest that you get "horny - seriously". Also check your Trimix script, get the stronger version. After 5 years I'd take a break from PDEi5; just for a few weeks. When my first batch of Trimix did not work, my URO suggested I take a break for a few weeks

Have you checked out FRANKTALK? Apparently there are heaps of nerves south off your balls across your perineum to your butt; lots are on the inside of your butt that could be awakened. FRANKTALK has a thread "Anal stimulation post prostatectomy" -- interesting read indeed!

Now this forum is family friendly, so I'd suggest that you have a good read of the antics and strategies at FRANKTALK and perhaps also the ANEROS website.

If all else fails take the situation in hand!
