Flushing the debris is not a bad thing. It is not a signal that you are overdoing it. Blood clot removal does happen with exercise. The more exercise the more clots till they are all flushed out. This another reason to drink lots water. The less movement the less clot removal…the less water the less clot removal. Having said that you may be overdoing it. Reliable indicators of overdoing it are, loose stools, a rise in resting pulse rate upon awakening, sore muscles, malaise etc. Exercise does not create additional blood clots it just flushes out with the help of water what is there as a result of the surgery. Flushing is the raison d'être of walk walk walk drink drink drink. The last sentence is purely my opinion based on my own deductive logic. That deduction was made as I responded to the thread. By all means if in doubt, check with medicos PS, I never gave much thought for the reason of the walk/drink schtick till this thread. I could be totally wrong but it makes sense to me.
