Robotic surgery Oct 2007
First psa .003
Psa .06 jan 2015
SRT currently on day 20 of 35 @ M. D. Anderson Houston
Total of 70 g
Last treatment scheduled for May 15, 2015
Clear scans, mri, ct, bone scan at start
No problems so far- thank you Lord
No HT
I think signature will come up
Cautiously optimistic

I'm in!
pT3BN1M0 at diagnosis, single met found 18 months later...
No surgery. After primary radiation, then radiation to L2 Met, Provenge, and all wrapped in 36 months of Lupron, complete remission(18 months at <0.02) - off all meds 6 months ago, psa only up to 0.15 so far...
Optomistic!

My husband diagnosed T3a RP...SRT...8 months of Ht. Currently on Ht break.

Stage 4, nodes & bone mets. Chronic pain due to potential nerve damage & SE's of various therapies.

Thanks for responding... over 30 of us so far.
Most if not all are doing very well, that's sure encouraging!
How do we, as a group, keep in touch on here?
My vision is to have a place where we pT3 folks can be here for
each other... treatment history/recommendations, opinions, encouragement,
prayers, etc...
Any of you veterans have a suggestion on this: Jerry L, BigMac, Wampuscats,
Souther Comfort, MsWorryWart?

PT3B for hubby as well. He feels great. Continent, ED a work-in-progress, no effects of ART. Six-month post ART PSA up a little, but will know more after next test end of May. Two and a half years after surgery still considered undetectable. Feeling blessed.

Age 58 at surgery
Sep 2013 PSA 3.7, clinical stage T1c, 3+4
RRP 10/31/2013, path stage pT3bN0Mx
SVI bilaterally (direct, not distal), LVI, pos margin at apex (3+3), EXE at base
4+3 w/ tertiary 5 (65% 4, 35% 3, 5% 5), tumor involved 15% of gland
12/2013 PSA 0.02; 2/2014 PSA 0.03; 3/14 PSA 0.02; 4/2014 PSA 0.02; 6/2014 PSA .03
MRI/bone scan negative
7/01/14 to 8/27/14 - 40 sessions adjuvant radiation
11/26/2014 PSA three months after radiation: .03 (same as before radiation)
2/25/2015 PSA six months after radiation: .05

pT3b here. With bilateral seminal vesicle involvement. Since 2006. Never had a rise in PSA.

I'm in. I go for my next PSA check on 8/5/15; 3 months early after increased numbers of 0.03 and 0.05 on previous visits. Hoping for the best!!

I was wondering if we'd see a T3c. That no longer exists. AJCC in 2002 revised the T3 staging manual. They merged A & B as A. C was reclassified as B. Si the highest stage 3 is pT3b. That stated, many pathologists still make the 2002 charts a differentiator.

I am also a T3B. I was diagnosed in April 2013. After 2 years of HT (ugh!) and RP and ART I am undetected. I am on HT vacation since June 5th and in Sept have my next PSA check. Here's hoping that we all stay undetected for a long, long time if not forever!

I just started HT vacation after 2yrs of Lupron w/PSA of 0.008 for most of da journey.
No matter what I still miss sex sex sex!!!
