I tell myself there is no point in worrying about
something I can't control, but......

If I were a betting man I'd go all in that you'll be just fine.

A little worry is GOOD!
I have a suspicion that you'll be OK, and that PSA will be Good too.

Your # have been good and your pathology report is good. You should be fine. Know we all get sone of that same anxiety. Even after 6 years I get that what if!
Will be waiting for your report. Good luck.

Go do something to distract your brain - hobby, walk, movie, book, something.
worry is normal, best you can do is to try and redirect that energy somewhere else.

Thanks guys. Exercising a lot which diverts thoughts. MSK very quick, so even though the appointment is 4pm, I should know that evening.

My best wishes for you and for the lowest possible PSA next week. From your signature, it appears you have every reason to be optimistic.
I hear it said often that one of the main reasons some men opt for surgery is so they can get their PSA results in a few weeks and not have to worry about
it for months like the radiation guys do. I've never really understood that thinking. I think most of us began to worry a little in the days leading up to a PSA no matter how many times we've had it. I think it's to be expected, no matter how many times we have the test.

Worry goes with the territory at this stage. It's impossible not to, but physical activity seemed to help distract me. Whatever works! Keep us updated.....Tim

MSK is quick! I usually go in a couple hours early for the blood work and then have lunch. That way when I meet with my doc he already has the, knock-on-wood, good results.
Best of luck to you,

plus MSK recurrence is .4, so where's the problem? Yes I know that is illogical, yet it somehow fits a world whose logic has gone mad……. and like the frog in the the slow boil, we grin with complacent agony as the the wisps of steam write our fate. A little angst for balance…. not to worry!
