Does this stuff really work? Wow, they are really "horse pills". Had to quarter them to get them down

Some supplements work/help some don't. Maybe you can report back after a few weeks.

One of my business partners is taking this and reporting good results for a leg vein problem. He has had some gastrointestinal side effects along the way.

Some guys in my support groups swear by it. It's an essential amino acid, so you can take quite a lot of it -- it's like food. It provides the source of nitric oxide that we all need for good erectile function. So it works especially well with ED meds. There is a related amino acid, L-citrulline, which some think may work better because it avoids some of the metabolism that uses up some of the arginine.

I took L Arginine early on in my penile rehab. My TRIMIX pharmacist told me he had several customers who swore by it.
I thought it made me light headed (too much blood to the brain?) so I discontinued its use. This was about
six years ago, and I never was able to figure out what the "correct" dose should be.
May I ask, how much are you taking?

Any idea if either of these help if you are a venous leak sufferer as I am? I would love to find something that would help. Bimix gets things going fine but laying down is a real downer. Maybe it's worse because I anticipate that the erection will go away when I lay down. I already use the adjustable constriction thing and it's only marginally helpful. Is this PRN or a daily dose?

I do not think either will help with venous leakage.
I took the L Arginine daily.

The only possible bad side of L Arginie I was warned about
is if you take meds for hypertension. L Arginine can cause hypotension (low blood pressure). I think that accounts for some feeling a bit lightheaded when taking it.
That's the reason I didn't try this one - my BP is wacky enough without extra stuff affecting it. Doubt this would an issue for most and likely would be a benefit to some.

Here is one study with men given L-citrulline for ED.
"Oral L-citrulline supplementation improves erection hardness in men with mild erectile dysfunction"

Just getting started with this. Talked to the nurse at the ED center and for new RALP folks like me, she's strongly in favor of trazadone, particularly to help with nocturnal erections. She said most of the problems arise (?) with people who shouldn't be using it and are mixing with other drugs ( 25 year old doing Ecstasy??).
I'll know tomorrow night after I take it....I'm hoping it will be ecstasy......

I've had good results. Be careful if you're prone to gout flares:

Interesting use for trazadone. I knew it as an anti-depressant. Hope you are taking it before you go to bed .... it makes a lot of people sleepy. I think it stimulates the serotonin receptors .... and obviously other things get stimulated as well. Best wishes and good luck!

l'Arginene
? Isn't that where Sgt. York won the Medal of Honor, or is it that south-American themed restaurant in Paris?

Careful if you get cold sores. Argineine will encourage the Herpes virus. Lots of info online about
this.
