I don't see how flatulence is relevant to this discussion, but I have been using the product for almost 2 months & haven't encountered that problem. Also, I understand you were interested in people who have had experience with the product, not what negative press people can find about
it on the Internet, right?
Anyway, it's true that the Texas Attorney General has been unhappy with previous claims by Mannatech associates (not by the company itself) tying the product to the curing of specific diseases, so associates are strictly told that they can only talk about
how the products "improve quality of life" and may be able to help people with their "health challenge". It's an awkward little dance, but it does prevent the company from making promises to people & getting into a jam later on if it doesn't work for that individual. They do have a 180 day $ back guarantee, so apparently they are fairly confident that their products work, even though they aren't aloud to promise directly that they will.
I don't have Cancer myself, so my own personal experience may not be of interest to you, although I did read the book Take the Risk, by Ben Carson, a pediatric neurosurgeon at Johns Hopkins. He had gotten Prostate Cancer, & as well known as he was for various experimental surgeries, like separating conjoined twins & hemispherectomies as well as from his other books, such as Gifted Hands, people were sending him every natural remedy under the sun, but the one that intrigued him the most was glyconutrients. He noticed that his urinary tract problems went away by the end of the first month of taking them. He did have surgery to remove the cancer, but I found it interesting that he still benefited from the glyconutrients. My understanding is that glyconutrients in the form of Ambrotose are listed in the back of the Physician's Desk Reference (PDR) for Nonprescript
ion Drugs and Dietary Supplements for people with compromised immune systems.
I hope you find the information you are looking for & I hope I'm not too late with this information...
