Anyone have incontinence recur during RT?
Mine has, but only at night.
I was 99% continent, but I had to start wearing depends at night.

I had a touch of it at night during the peak of my radiation treatments. It was more like urgency. I think my bladder was objecting to the treatments. I would wake up dripping just a bit. I wore two pair of underwear at night for extra insurance. It went away just as soon as I finished radiation. Hang in there!

So far...once occurred few days back..my bladder just cant control the urgency. But during the 33 sessions RT, I have none.

about half way though IMRT, I started getting urgency. It's eased a bit since, but I still have a mental map of all the men's rooms within 5 miles of my house...

My increased urgency started almost immediately. Then I nearly pee'd the bed, went back to diapers.

Urgency was not an issue with me, but my continence regressed after RT. I was almost fully continent after surgery, but after RT it regressed a bit. Some uncontrollable dribbling after urinating. I am five years past RT and it hasn't gotten any better.

Truly with you and sorry BB!!
Me, it took 18 months to get 99% continent, then after the second treatment urgency and nite time troubles started.
