1-1/2 cup packed greens and broccoli
couple sprigs cilantro or parsley
1/2 stick celery or small chunk of cucumber
1/2 very ripe banana, (I peel a couple, break them in half, put them in freezer bag with lemon and freeze, so i always have some the correct ripeness)
1/4 to 1/2 inch peeled ginger
small squeeze lemon
1/4 cup frozen berries, grapes, or kiwi
1/2 Tablespoon chia,
some magic green powder, or wheatgrass
whatever else i feel like adding. DH likes some coco nibs
sometimes 1/4 avocado
sometimes i only use one green ingredient when i don't have time
cooled green tea, water, or almond milk, or combination
DH says he has never felt so well as he does since starting the shakes. He's never liked vegetables, but now he craves the shakes
