I have officially begun IHT after having been on Lupron since 3-28-13 and Zytiga since Fathers Day 2014 with SBRT and Provenge last Sept-October

T1CN0M1B stage IV w. 7 of 12 cores worst ones 70% right PNI

oligometastatic at Dx 5 tumors 1 right sacro, 2 on
T4 & T9, none visible on 5-21-14 whole bodyscan

Lupron 3-28-13 to 4-2-15
Zytiga June '14 to May '15
PSA < 0.01, T < 6 on 5/14

Prostate shrunk from 50.4 to 15.0

Provenge in Sept & SBRT Radiation in Oct

I like the new name, Jim (as if I could pronounce it). Does this mean you will not revert to Lupron after your vacation? You have had a good run for a G9.

I am still taking the equivalent called Trelstar (for 4 years now), unfortunately along with Chemo (Taxotere) to try to control my rapidly rising PSA (latest 48). Xtandi had no effect after 45 days. I am still part of the SBRT Study at Sunnybrook, if only I could get a met to zap.

Good Luck ! Stay ahead of it and keep us all advised.

By the way, we are headed to Clearwater for PCa "Miles for Men" race again this year but it is the last weekend of Sept. which, of course, will be GFMPH Rochester. I guess Lorna and I will miss you again.

Gonna celebrate with a mini GFMPH with Wamopuscats Thursday night and with Dave and Charis who we met at Cajun GFMPH. Uneventful drive to Nashville today.

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier, but I have been traveling last couple of days.

Yes, the nurse altrnates which bun to shoot the Lupron into, kind of like to doing the poke-a.

You put your left bun out, you put your right bun out on alternate shots. Frequency can be monthly, quaterly, every 4 months.

Wohl, I will be in the land of the corn for a distant cousin's wedding in Mason Iowa on June 20. Staying at the Pocahontas Inn which has to be a few steps up from the old Chief No-tell.
