Welcome Earl, I hope you are just passing through. Certainly, the results of the MRI increase the chance of a positive biopsy, but with that said, it's certainly not a foregone conclusion.
And as others have said, even if it is positive, this is a highly treatable disease, and is often curable, and when not, can be kept in remission for many many years.
Should it come back positive, you are at a good place, at NYU.
Waiting is the toughest part, but hang in there till you get the biopsy results
